Monday - Thursday: 5:30am - 12:00am
Friday: 5:30am - 7:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Jay is one of my favorite trainers! He’s so motivating & knows how to push you to your limits. I am someone who loves modifications & he’s always willing to teach me different moves to workout the same muscles! I’d rate him 5 out of 5!

Jay’s classes are no joke they are intense but you see results!  He makes sure to detail explain how your form should be so you get the best out of each set. I was afraid of weight training before I took Jay classes now I’m obsessed with weight training he is an amazing coach hands down! Rate him and his classes 5 stars out of 5!
